Role Overview
A hands-on, high-impact sales leader responsible for driving B2B growth across corporate clients. This role suits a young, dynamic manager who can lead from the frontowning the full sales cycle end-to-end while guiding a small team to deliver strong, consistent results.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across corporate segments (hotels, enterprises, hospitals, schools, factories).
- Lead end-to-end sales execution: client prospecting, solution design, proposal development, presentation, negotiation, and contract closing.
- Develop tailored wellness solution packages (water purifiers, air purifiers, air conditioners) aligned with client needs.
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Execute sales strategies and regularly report performance, pipeline, and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience with strong exposure to corporate clients (e.g., hotels, enterprises, hospitals).
- Proven sales track record with an existing client network.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English for business communication.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities end-to-end.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in rental or subscription-based sales models.
- Familiarity with SLA-based service contracts.
- Background in multinational or global organizations.
