Join the B2B Taokae sales team as a new-generation B2B Solution Provider, playing a key role in transforming the sales force from traditional selling to customer-centric, value-based selling. The role focuses on helping B2B customers (provision shops, HoReCa) grow their business sustainably through assortment solutions, pricing recommendations, promotions, and omnichannel execution (offline + Makro Pro).

Responsibilities
Customer & Relationship Management
- Own and manage assigned B2B customer portfolios (e.g. provision stores, HoReCa)
- Build trusted relationships as a business advisor, not just an order taker
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand store operations, pain points, and growth opportunities
Solution-Based Sales Execution
- Recommend right assortment, pack size, pricing ladders, and promotions based on customer needs
- Identify growth opportunities through cross-selling, up-selling, and basket expansion
- Support customers with store-level solutions such as product mix improvement, margin enhancement, and sales uplift
Omnichannel Enablement
- Promote and support Makro Pro Online usage to simplify ordering and improve customer experience
- Help customers adopt digital tools to improve ordering discipline and stock planning
Commercial & Performance Management
- Analyze basic sales data to identify opportunities and risks
- Monitor sales performance (daily / weekly / monthly) against targets
- Prepare simple insights and action plans to improve customer results
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Category, Pricing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure:

- - Competitive pricing
- - Smooth order fulfillment and service quality
Key skills
- Fresh graduate or 0–2 years experience (sales / retail / commercial preferred)
- Strong interest in Sales, Business, and Customer development
- Ability to understand customer problems and propose practical solutions
- Basic analytical thinking and comfort working with numbers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on, adaptable, and willing to learn in a fast-paced sales environment
