We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot to join our dynamic team in Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in backend development and a passion for building high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability.
- Implement security and data protection measures for applications.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and share knowledge among team members.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the use of best solutions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Backend developer
- Strong understanding or object-oriented Programming and Hands-on Experience in Java, J2ee.
- Experience in Spring Framework/Spring Boot.
- Design and create web application using REST services.
- Experience with ORM like Hibernate
- Experience in at least one of the popular RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc
- Creating unit testing using Ju nit and knowledge on CI/CD for deployment.
- Nice to have knowledge of cloud platform like AWS
