What You Need to Succeed
- You are a Thai citizen
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both Thai and English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
- 23+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
What You'll Do
As a Backend Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling our core financial systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services for crypto wallet and payment gateway systems
- Design and optimize database structures to support high-volume cryptocurrency and fiat transactions
- Integrate and maintain multiple cryptocurrencies with reliable real-time processing
- Contribute to frontend components using modern frameworks such as React when needed
- Support deployment and release processes using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and secure system integrations
- Maintain clear technical documentation and follow security best practices
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a skilled and motivated engineer with a strong foundation in fintech or backend systems:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language (Elixir, Go, Python, or Node.js)
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React
- Basic experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control
- Understanding of web application security fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Nice to Have
While not required, the following experience will be considered a strong advantage:
- Experience designing or working with microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Additional hands-on knowledge of DevOps tools and operational best practices.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements within the fintech industry.
- Prior experience working on financial systems, payment gateways, or digital wallet platforms.
