This role is responsible for planning, developing, and enhancing sales and after-sales service processes for insurance products distributed through the bancassurance channel. Ensure alignment with bank policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., OIC, BOT). Provide operational support, develop sales tools and manuals, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop effective sales and after-sales service processes for bancassurance products in line with bank policies and regulatory standards (e.g., OIC, BOT).
- Support sales teams and related departments by creating sales manuals, operational guidelines, and necessary tools.
- Provide consultation and resolve issues related to sales and service processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments and insurance partners to improve processes and resolve systemic issues.
- Manage projects related to process improvement and development, ensuring timely delivery, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Analyze business data and performance metrics to propose improvements aligned with organizational goals and customer needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in project management or as a Scrum Master.
- Ability to work under pressure and make strategic decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team management skills.
- Knowledge and experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
