The Bar Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the hotel's bar outlets, including pool bars, lounges, and specialty bars. This role ensures high-quality service, innovative beverage offerings, financial performance, and guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations. The Bar Manager drives team training, motivates staff, and contributes to creating memorable guest experiences.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Beverage Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role in F&B, preferably in bars or lounges.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, wines, spirits, and beverage trends.
- Proven track record in driving sales and managing costs.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English additional languages are an advantage.
