The Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional beverage quality, efficient service delivery, and outstanding guest experiences. This role supervises bar team members, maintains service standards, supports inventory control, and ensures compliance with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 23 years experience in bar operations or mixology within hospitality industry.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverage trends.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
