Job Purpose
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Barista for Beverage Product development at Forth Vending (TAO BIN) in Bangkok. The role involves creating and serving high-quality beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction at Tao-Bin vending machines and cafes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Design unique beverage menus to satisfy and attract customers, differentiating the brand through Tao-Bin vending machines and cafes.
- Modify drink recipes and work methods according to customer preferences and market trends.
- Operate various types of coffee and beverage machines efficiently.
- Provide excellent service, responding effectively to diverse customer needs.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all equipment, tools, and the workplace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Food Science and Technology, Culinary Technology or any related filed.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Barista.
- Strong interpersonal, good communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in barista and bakery preparation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of various coffee brewing techniques.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
