Bars Supervisor

• Supervise and control daily bar operations in accordance with hotel/outlet standards

• Ensure beverage quality, service standards, and overall guest satisfaction

• Manage bar staff, including work scheduling, on-the-job training, and performance evaluation

• Oversee beverage, equipment, and material inventory, including ordering and cost control

• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the bar area

• Handle guest issues and complaints in a professional manner

• Comply with safety, hygiene, and legal regulations related to alcohol service

• Support the Bar Manager in sales planning, promotions, and special events

• Prepare relevant reports such as sales, inventory, and incident reports

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 23 years of experience in a bar or Food & Beverage operation

• Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Good knowledge of beverages, cocktails, wines, and service standards

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Previous hotel experience will be an advantage
