Bartender is responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences through the preparation and presentation of premium cocktails, wines, spirits, coffees, and non-alcoholic beverages. This role delivers warm, intuitive, and personalized service while maintaining the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and professionalism, contributing to memorable guest experiences and achieving the commercial objectives of NH Collection Samui Peace Resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, coffee, and other beverages to brand standards.
- Deliver warm, personalized, and professional service to create memorable guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area.
- Recommend beverages and support upselling opportunities.
- Follow food safety, responsible alcohol service, and hotel operating procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage team to ensure efficient service.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Bartender in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or bar is preferred.
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and coffee preparation.
- Good English communication skills.
- Positive attitude, strong service mindset, and excellent teamwork.
- Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
