BD Executive - Food Ingredients / Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients

Responsibilities

• Supervise sales representatives and sales executives
• Lead and direct sales activities for food ingredient products.
• Support supplier management and conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Supervise and mentor sales representatives to ensure consistent sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
• Drive revenue growth through effective commercial strategies and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
• Proven experience in a trading business environment with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of the food industry, market trends, competitor landscape, and commercial strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and sustain long-term partnerships.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, with a positive, cando attitude and the capability to train junior team members.
• Experience must be in Food Ingredients or Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients for more than 70% a
