Business Development Assistant / Manager (Real Estate Developer)
Salary: 50,000 – 80,000 THB (open depending on level)
Location: BTS Promprong
This role is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new real estate and hotel development opportunities in Thailand. You will work closely with senior management to identify potential projects, assess investment feasibility, and manage partnerships with local developers.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in
real estate development, investment, or hospitality projects, especially those familiar with joint venture (JV) structures.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new real estate development opportunities (residential, hotel, mixed-use)
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies (financial modeling, demand analysis, project viability)
- Evaluate land potential, risks, and investment returns
- Identify and evaluate potential partners (developers, investors, hotel operators)
- Analyze business and financial strength of partners
- Support deal structuring and JV negotiations
- Monitor performance of ongoing projects, especially hotel developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate developer / property investment / asset management, Hotel development or related.
- Experience in project feasibility study on real estate
- Experience in joint venture (JV) or partnership deals is a strong advantage
- Good analytical and financial modeling skills
- Good understanding of real estate development and/or hotel business
