BD & Operations Lead (Health & Life sciences)

What You'll Be Responsible For
Operations Leadership
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse and transportation operations to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Drive operational efficiency by optimizing productivity, service levels, inventory accuracy, and distribution performance.
Business Growth & Strategic Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within logistics, warehousing, transportation, and integrated supply chain solutions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers and strategic partners to expand the company's service portfolio.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to develop customized logistics solutions that address customer needs.
- Support business development initiatives, commercial proposals, and solution design for key accounts.
Financial & Commercial Performance
- Take ownership of operational financial performance, including budgeting, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities to improve margins while maintaining high service standards.
- Analyze operational and commercial performance to support strategic business decisions.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams to build a high-performance culture.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver exceptional service and long-term business success.
- Foster collaboration across commercial, operations, and support functions to achieve organizational goals.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, warehousing, transportation, or third-party logistics (3PL/4PL).
- Proven experience leading both operational teams and business development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management, transportation operations, inventory management, and supply chain optimization.
- Demonstrated success in developing new business opportunities and managing strategic customer relationships.
- Experience managing operational budgets, financial performance, and profitability.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Good command of Thai and English.
