Key Responsibilities;
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for SKY AI's product lines (Cognitive Connect, Optima Workforce, PerformIQ, Lark Enterprise, Agentic AI solutions)
- Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), buyer personas, and market segmentation for B2B/B2G vertical markets including aviation, smart city, healthcare, and contact center
- Develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that differentiate SKY AI from global competitors (Salesforce, Genesys, ADP)
- Own product launch playbooks from pre-launch to post-launch monitoring, including beta programs and pilot strategies
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
- Conduct TAM/SAM/SOM analysis for each product line across Thailand and APAC markets
- Monitor competitive landscape, pricing trends, and market shifts in AI CRM, workforce management, and smart facility management sectors
- Translate market insights into actionable product roadmap recommendations in collaboration with Product and R&D teams
- Build and maintain competitive intelligence frameworks using data from industry reports, customer feedback, and market research
Revenue Strategy & Pricing
- Design pricing models (SaaS subscription, usage-based, hybrid) aligned with market expectations and customer willingness-to-pay
- Develop revenue forecasts and business cases for new product launches and market expansion initiatives
- Define and track commercial KPIs: CAC, LTV, payback period, pipeline velocity, win rates, and NRR (Net Revenue Retention)
- Partner with Sales to build sales enablement materials, battle cards, demo scripts, and objection handling guides
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as the commercial voice in product development advocating for features that drive market adoption and revenue
- Collaborate with Engineering, AI, and Product teams to align product capabilities with market demand
- Work closely with Marketing to plan demand generation campaigns, content marketing, and thought leadership initiatives
- Build and manage strategic partnerships, channel partners, and ecosystem alliances to expand distribution
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage directly with enterprise customers and government stakeholders to validate product-market fit
- Present product strategies and commercial performance to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Represent SKY AI at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events in Thailand and APAC
