We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Beach Club Manager to lead the operations of Two Palms Beach Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong background in managing high-end venues, and a proven track record of driving growth and innovation. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic vision, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
- Oversee all day-to-day operations of Two Palms Beach Club, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all guests have a memorable experience by delivering high-quality service, addressing feedback, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue, control costs, and meet financial objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, special events, and unique experiences that enhance Two Palms Beach Club and Karma Group's brand.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
What We need from you:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a senior F&B management role, preferably in the beach club industry or hospitality.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff towards achieving goals.
- Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating extraordinary guest experiences.
- Financial Acumen: Proven experience in budget management, financial analysis, and driving profitability.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
