A Beach Club Supervisor plays a key leadership role in overseeing the daily operations of Club SEEN. As a hospitality leader and role model, you will ensure that the highest standards of service, cleanliness and safety are consistently delivered to all guests. You will supervise and support team, coordinate with other departments and contribute to creating a memorable and enjoyable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Beach Club Attendants and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Lead by example in delivering prompt, courteous and professional service to all guests, acting as a hospitality ambassador of the hotel.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and take proactive actions to resolve any issues, ensuring service excellence at all times.
  • Ensure complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services and facilities provided by Club SEEN and the hotel and share this knowledge with the team.
  • Train, coach and motivate team members to achieve service goals and maintain high standards of performance.
  • Oversee the cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels and requisitions in line with operational needs.
  • Support in scheduling, task allocation and performance evaluations for the team.
  • Uphold guest privacy rights and ensure a welcoming, comfortable and engaging atmosphere at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Beach/Pool operations with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of service standards, food & beverage operations and health & safety regulations.
  • Flexible, proactive and guest-oriented approach.
  • Good command of English
  • Fluency in Thai to ensure effective communication with team members.
