Bellman

The Bellman is responsible for providing courteous and efficient luggage handling services while ensuring a warm and welcoming arrival and departure experience for guests. This role supports the Front Office team by assisting guests with luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions.

• Assist guests with luggage during arrivals, departures, and room changes.
• Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby and luggage storage area.
• Support the Front Office team by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Ensure safe and proper handling of guest belongings at all times.
