Management of all aspects and functions of the bar outlets, in accordance with hotel standards.
Directs implements and maintains BAR service within the Hotel, and create a superior guest experience and is in accordance with licensing regulations associated with alcoholic beverages.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations
Strong knowledge in cocktails, wines and spirits
Banquet function experience along with strong skills in conceptual menu development.
