What you'll do
Being responsible for managing PPC/Display/Social Media campaigns across a number of assigned accounts and industries, optimizing campaigns on a daily basis, in accordance with the digital marketing strategies and technical changes of the digital landscape, and analyzing insight from in-house and third-party analytics data, in order to implement innovative management techniques to maximise campaign performance across each assigned account.
Qualification
- 35 years of experience in Google Ads (AdWords) or Facebook Advertising
- Strong knowledge of Google Search and Facebook Ads platforms
- Must hold at least 2 valid certifications from Google and Facebook Blueprint
- Experience with bidding management tools, Google Analytics, or performance marketing is a plus
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple workloads efficiently
- Strong passion for performance marketing and data-driven campaigns
Responsibility
- Gain in-depth knowledge of key marketing platforms including (but not limited to):Facebook, Instagram, Google Search (SEM), Google Display Network (GDN), YouTube, and Twitter.
- Understand each client's products, competitors, industry, and marketing objectives.
- Set up, manage, and monitor campaigns across relevant platforms to align with client and business goals.
- Manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal performance against KPIs and strategic objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance using a range of tools (internal, third-party, and industry data) to derive insights on market trends, audience behavior, and competitive positioning.
- Perform daily campaign optimizations to improve performance and efficiency.
- Generate regular reports with actionable insights, clear performance summaries, and recommendations for optimization.
- Present performance plans and reports directly to clients when needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and transparency of campaign progress.
- Share knowledge, industry best practices, and performance insights with the team.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends by actively researching, attending webinars, and reading relevant industry sources.
