Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and bilingual Client Service Specialist to deliver exceptional support and actively drive revenue through upselling our services. This role is the vital link between our clients and our offerings, requiring strong communication skills via phone and email. Key Responsibilities
- Front-Line Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and professional emails regarding services, bookings, and general inquiries.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and empathetic customer support, ensuring all client issues are resolved efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Active Upselling & Revenue Generation:
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities during client interactions to introduce and sell additional client services, packages, or enhanced product options.
- Clearly articulate the value of supplementary services to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets.
- Documentation & Systems:
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications and sales activities within our CRM and reservation systems.
- Stay current on all product knowledge, pricing, and service updates to ensure accurate support and effective upselling.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: A Diploma or Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience:23 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a client service, reservations, or internal sales environment.
- Language Proficiency:Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (verbal and written) to effectively serve our diverse client base.
- Skills: Exceptional telephone etiquette, professional email composition, strong organizational skills, and a demonstrable sales aptitude.
