We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Thai & English)

Location: Bangkok | Industry: BPO

We're looking for a passionate and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! You'll be the frontline support for customers, helping with inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide product info, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Record all customer interactions accurately
  • Meet service quality and performance targets
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in Thai & English (spoken & written)
  • Minimum High School Diploma (Diploma/Degree preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer and typing ability
  • Customer service/call center experience is an advantage
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
