We're looking for a passionate and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! You'll be the frontline support for customers, helping with inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
What You'll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide product info, troubleshoot issues, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Record all customer interactions accurately
- Meet service quality and performance targets
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in Thai & English (spoken & written)
- Minimum High School Diploma (Diploma/Degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer and typing ability
- Customer service/call center experience is an advantage
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
