BIM Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for a BIM Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) to join our Thailand team. The ideal candidate will develop and manage BIM for mechanical/electrical systems, collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance while optimizing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D model using Revit for various LOD from LOD100 up to LOD500
• Revit family content creation
• Prepare relevant design development, coordination, and construction drawings
• Extract CAD and PDF drawings from Revit
• Extract BOQ from the Revit Model
• Coordinate with BIM Coordinator / Manager, creating RFIs, progress reports, etc.
• Prepare Images and 3D rendering
• Generate a service clash detection report using Revit / Navisworks
• Conduct QA / QC on every stage of the model submission
• Perform any additional administrative tasks assigned by supervisors 

Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of BIM standards, templates, and processes
• Ability to coordinate across MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines
• Fluent in Thai and English communication

Education & Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience using Revit for model setup, coordination, linetypes, drawing sheets, and families
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D CAD)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in consultancy, contracting, or related supplier environment using Revit in construction projects
• Degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
