BIM Senior Manager/Director

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the country's digital engineering and BIM strategy aligned to regional and global standards.
• Lead digital transformation across infrastructure and buildings projects.
• Champion innovation, automation, and data-driven project delivery.
• Implement and govern ISO 19650-compliant information management practices.
• Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee development and quality of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Drive effective use of digital platforms and Common Data Environments (CDE).
• Ensure compliance with global digital and information management standards.
• Provide technical leadership on complex digital-enabled projects.
• Support multidisciplinary teams in advanced BIM adoption and coordination.
• Ensure model integrity, clash management, and high data quality standards.
• Improve digital performance metrics and project efficiency outcomes.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing digital engineering teams.
• Deliver training programs to uplift BIM maturity and digital capability.
• Represent the organisation in industry forums and contribute to national BIM and digital innovation initiatives.

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related Built Environment discipline.
• Advanced qualifications (Master's or Doctorate) preferred.
• 1520+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or digital project delivery.
• Proven leadership experience in BIM, digital engineering, or information management.
• Demonstrated experience implementing ISO 19650 or equivalent international standards.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capability.
