Provide strategic advice to Business Heads across key functions in the regions where our Group operate
Serve as a business partner to line management and provide value-added HR services
Maintain close liaison with countries HR to review existing policies and procedures and ensure all regional and corporate initiatives comply with labour law and align across the region
Manage and support HR / corporate-wide programs and/or initiatives e.g. corporate culture, HR information system, best employee program, talent acquisition and management and so forth
Review and develop HR policies and practices; implement new initiatives, ensure compliance with all people policies set by the organization
Implement organizational development initiatives within business units to ensure excellence and coach senior managers through improvement measures
Monitor market trends and conduct analysis to implement retention strategies; and promote HR excellence and consistency across the region to ensure best practice;
Manage tracking of all movements, probation, performance evaluation, objective setting and other related tracking
Manage and update organization charts
Perform other ad-hoc projects as and when required
Requirements:
Degree Holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 3 years relevant and hands-on experience in multi-national organization preferably in Freight Forwarding and/or International Express industry of which at least 4 years experience with regional exposure
Proven track record in managing and rolling out HR projects, MNC experience would be a definite advantage
Knowledge in best HR practices, other regional employment laws and related regulatory practices
High level of integrity, able to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time
Mature, good team spirit, flexible, self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
Excellent communication, planning, analytical and people management skills
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
