Deliver Process simulation for IMG Programs based on the Program planned.
Process simulate to be delivered as complete package or movie file as per ME requirements.
Should have good exposure to Body Bill of Process and sequence of operation with Bill of Design.
Should have good knowledge of Body shop equipment's like Fixtures/ Robots/Grippers/Sealing/Stud weld/Weld guns & timers.
Should have good knowledge in Spot/Rivet/Arc/Material Handling & Sealing process.
Should understand the 2D layouts and should give proposals if ME requested.
Should support on the Gun Shank modifications and Fixture modifications.
Should have experience with RCS package installation and initialization for Fanuc, Kawasaki, Kuka , ABB etc.
Should have delivered OLP's with complete interlocks to Physical Robots.
Should have good exposure on NAAMS standards/Ergonomics.
Should be able to do line balancing and show the cycle time achieved with throughput.
Should have exposure in Tce & Vis mockup.
Responsible to deliver all GMR checks related to Process simulation and meet 100% compliance for GPDS gateways.
A good team player and flexible to adapt to change and supporting team for overall deliverable.
Supporting Under-body & Upper-body with Closures, and Box Virtual Build events.
Support quality problem analysis and solving for Body Structure to achieve in BIW/VOW process through process control and close monitoring the process parameters to achieve right/ high Quality and customer expectation following standard.
Responsible to establish the robust Process Simulate training & development plan and provide training to Advance / Implementation Team.
Create a conductive work environment for the teams to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks.
Flexible to work both Ford Manufacturing plant for AAT and FTM.
Able to follow the working calendar for head office location plant (location plant-FTM).
Able to travel for support IMG and regional as require/assign.
