Job Responsibilities

1.Handle BOI project applications, amendments, extensions, and related procedures

2.Maintain and manage BOI privileges (e.g., tax exemptions, import duty exemptions, foreign employee quotas)

3.Prepare and submit BOI reports (e.g., Monthly Performance Report, Annual Report)

4.Manage BOI systems including e-Investment, e-Expert, and e-Work Permit

5.Communicate and coordinate with BOI officers, customs brokers, immigration, and other government offices

6.Support import/export documentation and ensure compliance with BOI regulations

7.Control and review all activities related to BOI and logistics processes to ensure compliance with government regulations.

8.Prepare documents related to machinery and equipment, materials, project revisions, comprehensive project operations, project cancellations, and special circumstances from the Business Investment Bureau.

9.Before recording all expenses in the accounts, a review of import and export, customs, and various expenses related to investment promotion bureau activities should be conducted.

10.BOI audit, customs inspection, foreign trade department review

11.Logistics costs for overseas transportation

12.Cost accounting of exported goods based on certificate of origin

Qualifications

• Thai nationality (preferred due to local regulation knowledge)

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Law, Accounting, Logistics, or a related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

• Strong skills in preparing and organizing official reports and documentation

• 3–5 years of experience in BOI procedures and systems is preferred

• Familiar with Monthly Performance Reports and BOI audit documentation

• Ability to coordinate effectively with government agencies and internal departments

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of BOI regulations, import/export procedures, and foreign employment regulations is an advantage

• Working schedule: Monday–Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
