Position: BOI Specialist

Location: Samut Sakhon(30 mins from Central Bangkok)

Job Scope: Handle BOI-related matters such as:

* Investment promotion applications

* Machinery importation

* Raw material importation

* Tax incentives and corporate income tax exemptions

* Land ownership permissions

* Work permits and visas for foreign employees

* Production capacity and project changes

* Capital increases/reductions and project amendments

* Prepare applications, reports, certificates, and supporting documentation for BOI.

* Monitor compliance with BOI conditions and reporting deadlines.

* Maintain BOI records and ensure accurate documentation.

* Coordinate with Accounting, Tax, Customs, HR, Supply Chain, Production, and Legal teams.

* Support BOI audits, inspections, and official meetings.

* Keep up to date with changes in BOI regulations, investment promotion policies, tax incentives, and related laws.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or a related field.

* 2–5+ years of experience in BOI, tax, customs, accounting, investment promotion, or related work.

* Good knowledge of Thai BOI regulations and procedures.

* Experience dealing with government agencies is highly desirable.

* Good English communication skills.

* Chinese language skills will be plus.

* Strong documentation, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.
