With offices in Malaysia and Thailand, we're looking for a part time accountant to support the regional team in daily finance operations, including bookkeeping, payroll, employee tax, and basic HR administration.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Daily bookkeeping and accounting records
- Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Payroll processing and employee tax submissions
- Support tax filings and statutory submissions
- Maintain finance and employee documentation
- Assist with month-end closing and reconciliations
Qualifications
Requirements
- Experience in bookkeeping / accounting operations
- Familiar with Thailand payroll, tax, and statutory filings
- Comfortable using FlowAccount and basic spreadsheets
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently and meet deadlines
