Boutique Manager (Luxury)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Our client is an internationally renowned luxury brand seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead its flagship boutiques in Bangkok. This is an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious maison and play a key role in driving commercial performance while delivering world-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire the boutique team to consistently achieve sales and service excellence.
- Drive boutique sales performance and exceed business objectives.
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience while building long-term client relationships.
- Develop and execute clienteling initiatives to grow the boutique's VIP clientele.
- Recruit, develop and retain top retail talent through effective coaching and performance management.
- Ensure the highest standards of boutique presentation, operations and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Analyse business performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, productivity and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with regional and corporate stakeholders to execute business strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of luxury retail management experience, preferably as a Boutique Manager or Store Manager.
- Strong leadership experience managing and developing boutique teams.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets and business KPIs.
- Excellent clienteling skills with experience serving high-net-worth clientele.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Passion for luxury retail, fashion, watches, jewellery, beauty or premium lifestyle brands.
