Branch Banking Regional Head – Bangkok (Sales & Service Management)
Responsibilities
- Define and execute strategic and operational plans for branches under supervision to achieve overall business targets
- Lead and manage branch teams to deliver professional, high-quality customer service with a strong human touch, enhancing the organization's brand image and customer experience
- Drive sales performance by ensuring effective product advisory and referrals in compliance with market conduct regulations and assigned targets
- Oversee branch operations to ensure all banking transactions are performed in accordance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and evaluate branch performance; identify gaps and implement action plans to align with strategic objectives
- Optimize workforce planning and resource allocation across branches to ensure operational efficiency
- Provide coaching, guidance, and problem-solving support to branch managers and team members to enhance performance and productivity
- Analyze branch performance data and market insights to continuously improve business strategies and execution
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of experience in banking or financial services, with proven track record in leadership roles such as Team Head, Area/Regional Manager, or Branch Manager
- Valid licenses in Life Insurance Broker, Non-Life Insurance Broker and Investment Consultant License
- Strong knowledge of banking products, business management, sales & marketing, and people management
- Able to travel in any areas of Bangkok and vicinity
