Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen Central Phuket's market leadership against current and future competitors.
- Translate corporate brand strategy into locally relevant, high-impact execution.
- Plan, develop, and execute marketing activities and communication programs to drive store traffic, tenant sales uplift, and increase customer spending, targeting locals & international target customers
- Manage all marketing activities and communications, including event management, to increase sales revenue, brand awareness, and customer experiences.
- Provide strategic guidelines on the effectiveness of marketing, digital, advertising, and communications programs.
- Direct and oversee the design and development of customer data management, such as customer analytics, personalization, and performance reporting to deliver business intelligence activities and initiatives.
- Develop marketing campaigns that translate marketing objectives across business units into clear and motivating creative strategies.
- Work closely with the commercialization team in identifying new business opportunities and commercial innovation to fulfill financial targets and maintain existing clients.
- Drive branch commercial performance through localized marketing initiatives that increase.
- Create and deliver luxury customer experiences through impactful experiential marketing aligned with luxury brand standards.
- Leverage customer segmentation insights to execute targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Central Phuket marketing team with clear accountability and performance culture.
- Own and manage marketing budget planning, allocation, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience in marketing international & Luxury Mall in roles.
- Strong understanding of communication concepts and practices involved in PR and digital marketing.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Good interpersonal and Positive thinking, self-motivated, team player, and ability to meet strict and aggressive deadlines.
