Role Description The Branch Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving sales growth and branch performance in line with RS Wealth Management's business objectives. The role involves managing and mentoring the branch sales team, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to all client segments. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee client acquisition and retention, promote the company's investment products and services, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with key clients, analyzing market trends and branch metrics, coordinating with product and operations teams, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The role also requires organizing local marketing initiatives, training staff on new products and processes, and maintaining a professional, client-focused branch environment.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including target setting, pipeline management, and client acquisition.
  • Candidates should possess relationship management and customer service skills to engage with institutional, corporate, and retail clients effectively.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of financial markets and products, such as equity, derivatives, commodities, currency, mutual funds, and insurance.
  • Candidates should possess team leadership and people management skills, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and staff development.
  • Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills to interpret branch performance data, market trends, and prepare sales reports.
  • Candidates should possess strong communication and presentation skills for client meetings, internal coordination, and stakeholder interactions.
  • Relevant academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., NISM, NCFM, CFA, MBA) are an advantage.
