Job Overview
We are looking for a strategic and creative Brand & Marketing Manager to lead brand development and marketing execution for our LBM business. This role is responsible for strengthening brand positioning, driving demand generation, and delivering impactful marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
You will work closely with commercial, product, and cross-functional teams to enhance brand equity, increase market share, and support revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Management
- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen market positioning
- Ensure consistent brand identity and communication across all channels
- Manage brand performance and track key brand health indicators
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Oversee product launches and promotional activities
Market & Consumer Insights
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing initiatives
- Monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities
Demand Generation & Channel Support
- Partner with sales teams to drive demand creation initiatives
- Develop trade marketing materials and channel activation programs
- Support dealer and distributor engagement strategies
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Provide regular performance reports and recommendations
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with commercial, product development, and corporate communications teams
- Coordinate with agencies and external partners
- Lead and develop marketing team capabilities (if applicable)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 58 years of experience in brand management or marketing
- Experience in construction materials, FMCG, or industrial products is an advantage
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
