Key Responsibilities :
• Lead the RetailTech communications strategy to position the company as a leader in retail innovation and technology.
• Develop and drive a clear brand narrative that translates the company's digital transformation and RetailTech initiatives into compelling stories.
• Build and amplify thought leadership, positioning senior executives as industry voices through media, speaking platforms, and insight-driven content.
• Oversee strategic content development including executive viewpoints, industry insights, innovation stories, articles, and short-form video content to engage broader audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technology, marketing, strategy) to translate business initiatives into strong external communications.
• Guide content development and storytelling, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and brand positioning across channels.
Qualifications :
• 6–10 years experience in corporate communications, brand strategy, or PR
• Strong experience in strategic storytelling
• Experience working with technology, digital transformation, or innovation narratives is a plus.
• Excellent writing and editorial skills in English and Thai
• Strong media and stakeholder management skills.
