About the Role
We are looking for a strategic marketer to lead brand development and marketing strategy for AWC's portfolio of retail and commercial properties. This role will shape brand positioning, drive integrated campaigns, and translate business objectives into strategies that increase traffic, revenue, occupancy, and long-term brand value.
What You'll Do
- Lead brand strategy for iconic retail and commercial properties
- Develop omnichannel marketing plans based on consumer insights and market trends
- Build brand guidelines, brand books, and governance frameworks
- Launch and reposition properties to achieve strong commercial results
- Deliver 4–5 high-impact multi-property campaigns each year
- Drive measurable ROI and strengthen brand visibility across online and offline channels
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in marketing strategy and brand building
- Proven success in driving measurable revenue growth
- Strong experience in campaign development and agency management
- Expertise in both online and offline marketing
- Background in retail, real estate, or commercial property is highly preferred
