Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full end-to-end brand management for both import/licensed brands and domestically manufactured apparel, ensuring each brand achieves its commercial, product, and marketing objectives.
- Lead strategic brand planning, annual business roadmaps, and P&L managementincluding sales forecasting, pricing strategy, margin optimization, and inventory health across all assigned brands.
- Manage product assortments and seasonal line planning by collaborating closely with overseas principals (for imported brands) and internal design, product development, and production teams (for in-house manufactured brands).
- Ensure brand identity, positioning, and communication are consistent with global guidelines while adapting messages and campaigns to fit the Thai consumer and retail landscape.
- Direct OTB planning, sales budgeting, and stock replenishment, ensuring optimal sell-through, efficient buying decisions, and balanced inventory across department stores, standalone shops, and e-commerce.
- Drive cost negotiations, product costing reviews, raw material utilization, and sustainability considerations to ensure profitable and efficient operations for both imported and manufactured brands.
- Strengthen relationships with brand principals, department stores, landlords, distributors, and key trade partners, ensuring alignment on assortment, launches, promotions, and retail door performance.
- Oversee execution of seasonal campaigns, in-store activations, visual merchandising, and marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesion between product, price, communication, and retail experience.
- Identify new growth opportunities through consumer insights, category trends, competitive benchmarking, and market researchguiding brand repositioning, product innovation, and new capsule collections where relevant.
- Ensure strong collaboration and seamless alignment between merchandising, production, retail operations, finance, e-commerce, creative, and marketing teams to deliver consistent brand excellence.
- Lead, coach, and develop Brand Managers, Merchandisers, and cross-functional teams to build a high-performance, commercially minded, and brand-centric organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 812 years of experience in brand management within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle industries.
- Proven track record in either import brand management or domestic manufacturing-based brand leadership.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing P&L and retail operations.
- Excellent coordination skills across production, merchandising, and marketing functions.
- Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
- Hands-on leadership style with ability to balance creativity and data-driven decisions.
