Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full P&L for both Kids Clothing and Kids Home-Care categories, ensuring profitable growth, pricing discipline, cost efficiency, and margin optimization across all channels.
- Shape the 35 year category strategy covering portfolio expansion, innovation direction, channel development, and long-term revenue growth drivers.
- Lead annual business planning, demand forecasting, financial target setting, and performance tracking for both product lines.
- Oversee integrated brand strategies and marketing plans across ATL, BTL, and digital, ensuring consistent brand positioning and compelling communication across retail, e-commerce, packaging, and campaign touchpoints.
- Partner closely with the shared MARCOM team to drive creative development, media planning, digital content, and KOL/influencer programs aligned with category and brand objectives.
- Lead seasonal line planning and co-development of Kids Apparel, ensuring relevance in design, trend, silhouette, and consumer appeal, while balancing commercial viability and brand differentiation.
- Direct the NPD and innovation pipeline for detergent, hygiene, and kids consumer products, overseeing product feasibility, formulation, packaging, regulatory compliance, costing, pricing, and supplier partnerships.
- Oversee merchandising strategy, inventory health, assortment planning, allocation, and replenishment across apparel and consumer products to ensure availability, sell-through, and stock efficiency.
- Strengthen brand availability, visibility, and commercial performance across MT, TT, e-commerce, department stores, and specialty channels, while building strong relationships with buyers, distributors, platform partners, and trade stakeholders.
- Lead trade marketing programs, in-store execution, and launch activations to ensure cohesive and effective commercial deployment across all touchpoints.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics, category trends, competitive movement, and consumer/parent usage behavior, translating insights into actionable brand, product, and commercial strategies.
- Utilize data and analytics to refine portfolio positioning, optimize performance, and guide decision-making across pricing, promotion, innovation, and merchandising.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-disciplinary team of Brand Managers, Merchandisers, and cross-functional collaborators, driving a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, agility, and execution excellence.
- Serve as the strategic integrator across design, R&D, regulatory, supply chain, sales, trade marketing, e-commerce, finance, and MARCOM to ensure seamless alignment and flawless end-to-end execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, FMCG, Fashion, or related fields.
- At least 1015 years in FMCG, fashion, household care, or kids-related industries, with minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record in brand building, innovation, P&L management, and multi-category leadership.
- Experience in both FMCG and fashion/apparel is highly preferred.
- Proven capability in driving integrated marketing campaigns, product development, and trade/channel expansion.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking with a consumer-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders (agencies, suppliers, trade partners).
- High agility, business acumen, creativity, and leadership presence.
