We're hiring: Brand Director (FMCG)
Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a group of assigned brands to ensure brand performance aligns with company goals and market strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans covering brand image, product development, communication, and sales promotions
- Conduct competitor analysis and study consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and strategic channel expansion
- Oversee full P&L responsibility for assigned brands, including budget planning and execution across ATL, BTL, digital marketing, and campaign activities (e.g., TVCs, advertisements)
- Forecast sales volumes and collaborate closely with Lion Corp (manufacturing partner) and distributors to ensure product availability and supply chain efficiency
- Partner with R&D to lead and manage the development and launch of new products, ensuring smooth end-to end execution
- Plan and implement communication strategies across ATL, BTL, PR, and digital media with agency partners, focusing on building brand awareness and reaching target audiences
- Develop sales promotion strategies, including campaign design, budget planning, and premium promotions in coordination with distributors and suppliers
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign outcomes with insights and recommendations to support commercial decisions and identify new revenue channels
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to ensure high performance and alignment with brand objectives • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the FMCG industry (food or non food)
- Proven track record in managing mass-market brands, including traditional and modern trade, and/or online channels
- Strong experience working cross-functionally with R&D, production, distributors, and creative/media agencies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends, sales performance, and consumer behavior
- Strategic thinker with creativity in campaign design, product positioning, and market expansion
- Solid understanding of data-driven marketing and how to leverage consumer insights in decision-making
- Mature, adaptable, and capable of managing a fast-moving, dynamic team and project environment
- Strong leadership, presentation, and communication skills
- Fluent in Thai and English
