Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with global brand guidelines and Thailand market dynamics to ensure sustainable growth and brand equity enhancement.
- Lead annual business planning and define a clear 3-year growth roadmap covering distribution, product architecture, channel mix, and profitability targets.
- Serve as the primary strategic liaison between Thailand and international brand principals, ensuring alignment on commercial objectives, seasonal direction, and brand positioning.
- Conduct annual and seasonal business reviews with principals, presenting performance insights, growth opportunities, and corrective action plans.
- Ensure full compliance with global brand standards including visual identity, pricing framework, assortment structure, and distribution strategy.
- Lead seasonal buy planning (Spring/Summer, Fall/Winter) with full ownership of Open-to-Buy (OTB), ensuring balanced assortment architecture and optimal margin structure.
- Analyze historical sales performance, sell-through rates, inventory aging, and margin contribution to drive data-informed buying decisions and minimize risk exposure.
- Approve pricing strategy, margin targets, and inventory allocation plans to ensure healthy inventory turnover and controlled markdown levels.
- Manage import planning, forecasting accuracy, replenishment strategy, and logistics coordination to ensure timely product availability and operational efficiency.
- Own full brand-level P&L including revenue growth, gross margin optimization, cost control, and overall profitability.
- Monitor financial KPIs including sell-through, markdown ratio, inventory turnover, working capital, and operational expenses, ensuring financial discipline and sustainable returns.
- Strengthen and expand distribution across Department Stores, Modern Trade, Standalone Stores, and E-Commerce platforms to maximize market penetration and brand visibility.
- Negotiate commercial terms with landlords and retail partners to secure strategic locations and enhance commercial performance.
- Evaluate and develop new channel opportunities including B2B partnerships and online marketplaces to diversify revenue streams.
- Oversee integrated marketing strategy in alignment with global campaigns, ensuring strong brand storytelling and cohesive execution across all touchpoints.
- Adapt global toolkits into impactful local activation plans covering retail, digital, PR, and influencer collaborations while optimizing marketing ROI.
- Ensure consistent brand experience across retail environment, communication materials, and customer engagement platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Brand Managers and cross-functional brand teams, fostering accountability, commercial ownership, and high-performance culture.
- Build succession planning and promote strategic thinking, agility, and global mindset within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1012 years of experience in brand management, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods
- Proven experience managing imported brands and dealing directly with international brand principals
- Strong commercial acumen with hands-on P&L ownership
- Solid experience in seasonal buying, OTB management, and inventory control
- Experience managing department store channels and multi-brand retail environments
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capability
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English
- Strategic, analytical, and commercially driven
- International exposure or regional collaboration experience is a strong advantage
