Able to manage and keep brand consistency across multiple portfolios under Beauti Series (Drink, Powder, Shot)
Preparation of the annual brand plans for Beauti Portfolio under the alignment with the AVP.
Plan marketing strategies for each responsible portfolio, covering communication strategies, pricing frameworks, and various marketing activities to enhance competitive potential and broaden brand recognition.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated for maximum impact.
Manage and lead cross-functional team to execute brand initiatives. Able to monitor and analyze brand performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
Work together with product development team to develop NPD. Translates a holistic understanding of consumers and shoppers to growth opportunities.
Mentor and train 1 Senior brand executive to develop skill and knowledge in brand management.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualification:
Education- bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Similar
5+ years experience in brand/ marketing roles within FMCG companies. (Beverage Category is preferred)
Has strong marketing and commercial experience. New product development experience is a plus.
Has strategic thinking, decision-making and time management capabilities.
Demonstrated financial acumen in making effective business decisions is required.
Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
Good written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English.
