Job Description

Our client is one of the leading agencies managing global brands. They are currently seeking a Brand Experience and Event Manager to support and drive high-impact initiatives for their key clients.

  • Develop and execute brand experience and event strategies that support marketing objectives and commercial growth
  • Work closely with internal Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams to align brand experiences with campaign and business priorities
  • Lead and manage external agencies (event, creative, production, PR, and digital) to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution
  • Translate brand positioning and brand guidelines into compelling experiential concepts and activations
  • Plan and deliver end-to-end execution of events, brand activations, and experiential touchpoints (online, offline, hybrid)
  • Manage flagship brand events, product launches, roadshows, trade shows, and customer engagement activities
  • Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and storytelling across all experience touchpoints
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor negotiations to optimize ROI
  • Track and evaluate performance metrics such as engagement, leads, conversion, and sales impact
  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand presence and customer experience through innovative agency-led solutions

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields (MBA is an advantage)
  • 58 years of experience in brand experience, event marketing, or experiential marketing
  • Strong experience working with brand teams and managing multiple agencies
  • Solid understanding of marketing strategy, consumer engagement, and commercial KPIs
  • Proven ability to deliver events and activations that support sales and revenue objectives
  • Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken and written)
