Our client is one of the leading agencies managing global brands. They are currently seeking a Brand Experience and Event Manager to support and drive high-impact initiatives for their key clients.
- Develop and execute brand experience and event strategies that support marketing objectives and commercial growth
- Work closely with internal Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams to align brand experiences with campaign and business priorities
- Lead and manage external agencies (event, creative, production, PR, and digital) to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution
- Translate brand positioning and brand guidelines into compelling experiential concepts and activations
- Plan and deliver end-to-end execution of events, brand activations, and experiential touchpoints (online, offline, hybrid)
- Manage flagship brand events, product launches, roadshows, trade shows, and customer engagement activities
- Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and storytelling across all experience touchpoints
- Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor negotiations to optimize ROI
- Track and evaluate performance metrics such as engagement, leads, conversion, and sales impact
- Identify opportunities to enhance brand presence and customer experience through innovative agency-led solutions
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields (MBA is an advantage)
- 58 years of experience in brand experience, event marketing, or experiential marketing
- Strong experience working with brand teams and managing multiple agencies
- Solid understanding of marketing strategy, consumer engagement, and commercial KPIs
- Proven ability to deliver events and activations that support sales and revenue objectives
- Strong project management, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken and written)
