Job Description

Job Summary:

Responsible for planning and executing brand experience initiatives and managing KOL/influencer partnerships to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and brand image. This role works closely with marketing, social media, creative, and external partners to develop impactful campaigns, events, and collaborations that align with the brand's identity and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

KOL & Influencer Management

  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors aligned with the brand image.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns across social media platforms to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Coordinate with influencers on content planning, campaign deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage influencer contracts, negotiations, and collaboration agreements.
  • Track campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI, and provide insights for future campaigns.
  • Monitor influencer trends and identify potential collaborators that align with the brand direction.

PR Management

  • Coordinate with media partners to secure brand features, coverage, and press opportunities aligned with the brand's communication plan.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with media, editors, journalists, and PR partners.
  • Support the preparation of press materials such as press releases, media kits, and brand information.
  • Manage PR outreach and follow-ups to ensure consistent brand visibility in relevant media channels.
  • Monitor media coverage and compile PR reports and insights.

Brand Experience & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute brand experience activities including campaign launches, brand activations, pop-up events, and collaborations.
  • Develop creative concepts and experiential marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, visual merchandising, creative, and retail operations) to ensure seamless campaign execution across all channels.
  • Manage event planning, logistics, and vendor coordination to deliver high-quality brand experiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis and insights.

Brand Communication & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the social media and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns and content.
  • Support marketing initiatives including seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media partners, agencies, and external collaborators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, PR, or experiential marketing.
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brands is highly preferred.
  • Strong network with influencers, KOLs, media, and creative partners is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong understanding of social media and digital trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
