Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the premium clubhouse. Build and train a localized operations team to ensure service processes and standards are consistently executed.
- Elevate the overall premium experience and visual atmosphere of the venue, including venue presentation, service workflows, and detail quality, to cultivate a sophisticated aesthetic aligned with the brand identity.
- Plan and execute brand events (e.g., VIP salons, themed parties, brand collaborations) to boost customer loyalty and brand influence.
- Develop and maintain local high-end resources (e.g., suppliers, business partners, media, client communities) to drive growth in venue foot traffic and partnership opportunities.
- Monitor operational metrics, optimize costs and service quality, and meet store performance and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of operations experience in high-end clubs, hotels, luxury brands, or premium service industries; experience building a team from 0 to 1 is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Thai and good working proficiency in English are required. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, as the role works closely with regional brand teams, including colleagues based in Chinese-speaking markets.
- Extensive local Thai business networks, with a deep understanding of local culture and consumer habits.
- Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to create premium customer environments and experiences through thoughtful space presentation, ambience, and service design.
- Professional presence and demeanor, with excellent communication, leadership, and VIP client relationship management skills.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and event days.
