Job Description

Responsibilities:

•Formulate the Changan brand development strategy for the Thailand market, ensuring

alignment with the company's overarching strategy.

• Develop a dynamic rolling plan for Changan brand development in Thailand, guided

by the established brand strategy.

• Take the lead in brand communication, public relations, content creation, online

operations, intellectual property creation, and the strategic execution of large-scale

events.

• Establish a comprehensive local supply resource library, complete with corresponding

rating standards.

• Foster and enhance team capabilities through effective cultivation and development

initiatives.

• Successfully fulfill any additional tasks delegated by leadership.

•Participate in a variety of ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Over 10 years of extensive experience in domestic and international brand strategy,

planning, and management operations across various industries including automotive,

digital, and luxury.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English or Chinese communication.

• Exceptional market research capabilities, including brand strategy research and brand

system construction.

• Demonstrated expertise in international brand management and cross-cultural

communication.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong teamwork skills, with a proven track record of responsibility and dedication.

• Ability to apply innovative working methods to effectively solve problems.
