Retail Brand Manager | Home & Lifestyle (Thailand)
Overview of the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Home & Lifestyle Brand Manager to lead the growth, market positioning, and overall business performance of a leading international home and lifestyle retail brand in Thailand.
This role will be responsible for translating global brand direction into successful local execution, ensuring a seamless customer experience across retail operations, product assortment, visual presentation, and commercial performance. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of the Thai home retail market, consumer lifestyle trends, and experience managing premium home furnishing or home décor brands.
What You Will Do
- Drive the overall commercial performance, growth strategy, and brand positioning within the Thailand market.
- Develop and execute localized business plans aligned with global brand objectives and customer expectations.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, competitor activity, and emerging lifestyle trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead seasonal commercial planning, product launches, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with retail operations teams to elevate store performance, customer experience, and operational excellence.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards consistently reflect the brand's identity and inspire customers.
- Manage product assortment, inventory planning, stock optimization, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Monitor business performance through key commercial KPIs and implement action plans to achieve revenue, margin, and productivity targets.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Visual Merchandising to drive business success.
- Support store openings, renovations, and strategic business initiatives across the market.
- Build strong relationships with regional and global stakeholders while ensuring effective local execution.

What Equips You for the Role
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Interior Design, Merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Commercial Management, Retail Operations, or Business Management within the Home & Lifestyle retail industry.
- Proven experience managing a home furnishings, home décor, furniture, lifestyle, or interior-focused retail brand in Thailand.
- Strong understanding of Thai consumer preferences, lifestyle trends, and the local retail landscape.
- Experience managing multi-store retail operations and driving commercial growth.
- Demonstrated success in delivering sales growth, profitability improvements, and customer experience initiatives.
- Experience working with international retail brands or regional business structures will be highly advantageous.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
