We're hiring: Brand Manager/Director (Wacoal)

Location: Bangkok (Rama 3), Thailand (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate corporate and brand vision into annual brand plans, business roadmaps, and actionable initiatives.
  • Support Brand Director in brand positioning, brand architecture, and long-term growth strategy.
  • Ensure all brand initiatives are aligned with company objectives, market dynamics, and consumer insights.
  • Own and manage brand-level P&L including sales targets, pricing strategy, margin control, and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with merchandising and finance teams on sales forecasting, OTB planning, and inventory productivity.
  • Monitor sell-through, stock aging, and markdown efficiency across channels.
  • Work closely with internal design, product development, and factory teams to plan seasonal assortments.
  • Ensure product architecture, pricing tiers, and collection stories are aligned with brand positioning and target customers.
  • Balance creativity with commercial viability, ensuring speed-to-market and cost competitiveness.
  • Lead integrated marketing plans covering ATL, BTL, digital, social, PR, influencer, and in-store activation.
  • Ensure brand message consistency across all touchpoints, tailored to the Thai consumer and retail landscape.
  • Partner with creative, media, and digital teams to execute campaigns that drive both brand love and conversion.
  • Collaborate with retail operations to enhance in-store execution, VM standards, and customer experience.
  • Work closely with department stores and trade partners on launches, promotions, and performance reviews.
  • Support channel expansion initiatives including e-commerce and omni-channel integration.
  • Act as the central brand integrator, aligning merchandising, production, marketing, retail, e-commerce, and finance.
  • Drive execution discipline, timelines, and accountability across teams.
  • Prepare strategic insights, performance reviews, and recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 810 years of experience in brand management, preferably within fashion, apparel, lingerie, or lifestyle retail.
  • Strong experience working with in-house production or vertically integrated business models (non-licensing preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage commercial KPIs, P&L, and retail performance.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with brand sensibility and execution excellence.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
