Brand Manager
Responsibilities:
COMMERCIAL PERFORMANCE & P&L
- Full P&L accountability across all revenue, margin, cost control, and operational profitability.
- Set and monitor commercial KPIs (weekly/monthly); drive corrective action with store management teams.
- Collaborate with Head of Merchandising and Buying on product mix, sell-through targets, OTB discipline, and carryover strategy.
- Partner with the COO on business reviews, budget submissions, and board-level reporting for the brand.
- Develop and track social commerce (LINE) and digital sales contribution (SOB%) in collaboration with CRM, Marketing departments.
BRAND EXECUTION & IN-STORE EXPERIENCE
- Own in-store brand expression — zoning, adjacencies, storytelling, and premium VM execution aligned with global brand standards.
- Develop and maintain elevated in-store guidelines covering brand tone of voice, visual presentation, product narrative, and service touch points.
- Ensure launch readiness and ongoing consistency across all retail locations in coordination with the VM team and store design function.
- Align store execution with global campaigns, product drops, and activation calendars.
TEAM LEADERSHIP & DEVELOPMENT
- Directly manage Store Managers; mentor and develop Assistant Store Managers through structured development programs.
- Build a brand ambassador culture — equip store teams with the product knowledge, language, and confidence to represent brand authentically.
- Partner with HR for manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and probation management.
- Drive performance through structured goal-setting, regular coaching, and formal appraisal cycles.
- Champion accountability across the team in alignment with the COO and company leadership expectations.
INTERNAL COLLABORATION & COMMUNICATION
- Serve as the primary interface between store operations and head office support functions (Merchandising, HR, VM, Marketing, IT, Logistics).
- Provide structured operational feedback and brand insights to inform buying, planning, and marketing decisions.
- Coordinate with expansion and store design teams for new store

Qualifications
Experience & Skills
- 8–10 years in retail, with proven multi-store or brand management responsibility.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership and commercial accountability in a branded retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills with brand principals and key stakeholders.
- Experience with brand launches or market-entry retail operations is a strong advantage.
- Strong people leadership — coaching, performance management, and team development.
- Experience in merchandising/Buying would be a strong advantage
- Fluent in English (written and verbal);
- Highly analytical, with excellent proficiency in Looker, other BI tools, and advanced Excel..
