Role Description
As a full-time Brand Manager at Konvy, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing brand positioning, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, monitoring market trends, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities. This is an on-site position, based in our Bangkok office.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Brand Management, Strategic Planning, and Marketing Strategy
- Experience in Social Media Marketing, Campaign Management, and Content Creation
- Proficiency in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Consumer Behavior Insights
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams
- Proven leadership and Team Management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software, such as Microsoft Office and marketing analytics platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Thai is beneficial
