Key Responsibilities:
- Support Brand Director in executing brand strategy in alignment with licensing agreements, brand DNA, and Thailand market dynamics.
- Lead seasonal product development planning in collaboration with Design, Merchandising, and Manufacturing teams to ensure timely execution from concept to retail launch.
- Ensure full compliance with licensing agreements, brand guidelines, product specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage assortment architecture, pricing structure, and margin targets to balance brand positioning with commercial performance.
- Coordinate production planning, material sourcing alignment, costing structure, and delivery timelines with affiliated manufacturing units.
- Monitor brand-level P&L performance including revenue growth, gross margin, production cost, markdown ratio, and inventory turnover.
- Support disciplined OTB planning and demand forecasting to minimize overproduction risk and excess inventory exposure.
- Analyze sell-through performance, stock aging, and profitability by category to drive data-informed product and replenishment decisions.
- Strengthen distribution performance across Department Stores, Standalone Stores, Modern Trade, and E-Commerce channels.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations to ensure strong execution at store level including assortment planning, allocation, and promotional effectiveness.
- Coordinate integrated marketing execution aligned with principal guidelines, ensuring localized activation strategies remain compliant and commercially effective.
- Maintain strong working relationship with brand principals, supporting reporting requirements and seasonal alignment meetings.
- Prepare structured monthly business review reports including financial performance, production status, inventory risk, and competitive insights.
- Drive cross-functional coordination between Design, Production Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, Retail, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless seasonal execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Business, or related field.
- 58 years of experience in brand management, product development, or commercial roles within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods industries.
- Experience working with licensed brands and understanding of licensing compliance framework is preferred.
- Strong exposure to local production coordination and manufacturing workflow.
- Solid understanding of product costing, margin structure, and pricing strategy.
- Experience in seasonal planning, OTB management, and inventory forecasting.
- Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret sales data and production performance metrics.
- Experience managing department store and multi-channel retail environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Detail-oriented, commercially disciplined, and execution-focused.
