This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies and branch management plans across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and oversee team operations to ensure alignment with established goals and execution plans.
- Conduct market research and performance evaluations, adapting strategies in accordance with company policies and prevailing market conditions.
- Supervise, evaluate, and provide guidance to team members, offering advice and support to enhance individual and team capabilities.
- Design and execute communication strategies to strengthen brand image across both online and offline platforms.
- Formulate and implement sales strategies that align with the overall brand direction.
- Analyze market-driven data to develop strategies that effectively meet the needs of target customers.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders, including establishing partnerships and exploring new opportunities to achieve business goals.
- Manage and control budgets related to purchasing, pricing, and product discount strategies.
- Oversee product management and inventory control to ensure alignment with sales performance and profitability targets.
- Perform additional responsibilities and assignments as required by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, product management, and brand building, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in the retail business sector.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to solve problems, make sound decisions, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Solid knowledge and skills in marketing and brand management.
- Strong logical thinking with a focus on the big picture, sound decision-making supported by reasoning, deep analytical and adaptive thinking skills, strong mathematical proficiency, and a growth mindset.
- Good knowledge and understanding of P&L, with the ability to analyze and manage numerical data effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Excellent command of English, with strong presentation skills and a professional appearance.
